Marketing Must-Haves Kit
Introduction
Let’s get your school community excited for your upcoming book fair! You’ll receive a Marketing Must-Haves Kit to help you start spreading the word at school, but feel free to develop your own marketing methods as well. For digital resources, go to Sharing on Social Media.

Pre-Fair Materials
Literati Book Fair Guidebook: Use the tips in this guidebook to help you plan, set up, and wrap up your book fair. You’ll find everything from themed event and decoration ideas to step-by-step instructions for book fair setup and takedown—and so much more.
Online Only Early Access Flyers: Send home your Online Only Early Access Flyers four weeks before your in-person fair so families can find their favorite titles that are only available online. All sales online during your book fair month support your book fair sales, and rewards are earned at book fair reward levels.
Early Access Sticker: Featuring Literati's mascot, Bennie the Bookmoto, these stickers promote the book fair and remind families to explore favorite items available online only. Hand them out with the Online Only Early Access flyer.
Book Clubs Front Office Standee: Inform parents and caregivers about our Book Clubs by displaying the free-standing sign in your school's front office. Once your fair's been set up, move the sign to your Book Clubs display table. (After the fair, keep the sign and display it year-round.)
Online Only Library Checkout Standee: Place this sign near the library checkout area to let kids know that the online fair is live, gift cards are available, and that redeeming gift cards at the in-person fair earns them a free mini-poster of their choice! During the fair, keep this sign near your cash register so shoppers can easily scan a code and search the online fair for books they didn’t see in person.
Poster Pack: Write your book fair dates and times on these beautiful illustrated posters, and display them all around your school hallways. You’ll also receive a separate poster for your year-round online store, and a new poster encouraging teachers to create digital wishlists.
Book Clubs for Classrooms Poster: This poster introduces teachers to our new Book Clubs for Classrooms product (it's like Book Clubs for Kids but for students and teachers to share). Display it in your teachers' lounge.
Book Flyers: Discover this season’s featured books! Have your students bring these home so parents can better prepare for the book fair to come.
Save for Fair Week
Teacher Wishlist Bookplates: Keep these by your cash register for shoppers to fill out when they fulfill teacher wishlists. Go to our Teacher Wishlist Program page to learn more or print additional bookplates!
